Fairly comfortable room which would have been improved by the presence of an armchair/small sofa - there was ample room.
Not gluten free friendly even though advance warning was given! Had to ask for hairdryer. In the words of the morning staff "I'm a cleaner, not a waitress and its like fawlty towers here in the mornings".

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The room and bed were very comfortable.
It is not the fault of the hotel being entirely due to its location, but parking is rather awkward - having said that, the staff assist with this in every way they can.

Lovely small place with a large room, tea, and a lavish breakfast. Good food with a variety of options. - Perfect and exceptionally nice location near Denbigh Town Walls. - Set in an amazing area with easy access to chocolate shops, public houses, and an Indian restaurant. - Great choice for a weekend getaway.

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and the restaurant food was very nice.
My only comments it would be nice to have linen napkins rather than papper when eating in the restaurant, The bed was not the most comfortable i would suggest they looked at changing their mattresses

Room comfortable but a bit cold (even in August) Good computer connection
Thought the breakfast was very disappointing. No healthy options- fruit, yoghurt etc; Limitesd range of cereals and had to ask for muesli which was on the menu but not on the buuffet table. Choice of cooked breakfasts also a bit limited. No toast offered. No offer of second cup of coffee

Came here for a wedding celebration, recommendable. Booked the room with my family members for 4 nights and had a lovely stay. Appreciated how the guest room with character was arranged when I arrived. The staff was very amiable, excellent, and responded promptly to requests. The service was exceptional and the food was delightful.
